Yes. We keep the original control unit (BMS), housing and Alber sockets and replace the cell pack. Factory safety features work as before, and every battery is load-tested before it ships.

Yes. Because the control electronics stay original, the wheels work with your remote, mobile app and original charger just as they did before.

The regeneration itself, including tests, usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Add shipping: usually 1 to 2 days within Poland and 2 to 4 working days within the EU, each way.

At least the same, and usually higher, by up to 20 to 30%. Today's cells have higher energy density than those fitted at the factory a few years ago, so more capacity fits in the same housing.

Just the batteries. Do not send the wheels, the wheelchair or the charger. We only need the battery packs for regeneration.

You will get simple instructions after ordering. In short: wrap the battery in bubble wrap and put it in a rigid box with filler so nothing moves. Stick on the label we generate for you and drop the parcel off at a courier point.

We always run diagnostics before replacing cells. If we find a fault in the electronics or motor, we'll contact you and present the repair options. If regeneration turns out to be impossible or not worthwhile, you don't pay for it.
